We, Traxs Group LLC, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Multi-Tenant Service Content

RoundTrip is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform. Each subscribing business (Tenant) is responsible for their own use of the platform and for obtaining appropriate consent from their clients and employees whose data is processed through the service.

Services

RoundTrip is a field service management platform provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share account credentials with people outside your organisation, use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into RoundTrip. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Beta Services

RoundTrip is currently provided as a beta service. Beta services are provided "as is" and may contain bugs or experience downtime. We do not provide service level agreements (SLAs) during the beta period.

Payment

Billing terms for paid tiers will be communicated before the soft beta transitions to a paid service. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any charges apply to beta accounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Traxs Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Severence

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.
