About
TRAXS Group LLC is a small company in Ohio with a big belief: the businesses that keep everything running deserve software that works as hard as they do.
Small business owners aren't unsophisticated users who need simplified tools. They're experts at their trade, running complex operations, and they deserve software that takes that seriously.
Most operations software was built for large enterprises: complex, expensive and designed for teams with an IT department. A five-person HVAC company or a two-truck plumbing operation doesn't need that. They need something that works.
So we build focused tools that do their job well and get out of the way. No feature bloat, and no enterprise pricing for enterprise complexity you don't need.
"The businesses that fix your pipes, wire your buildings, service your equipment and keep your city running deserve software that works as hard as they do."

Pete built Field from the ground up: every line of code, every architectural decision, every late-night debugging session. His background in software engineering and his belief that small businesses deserve enterprise-quality tools drive the product forward.

Robin keeps TRAXS Group running, from marketing and brand strategy to operations and customer relationships. She's the reason our products look professional, sound consistent and reach the right people. The business runs because Robin runs it.
A feature that confuses a technician in the field is a feature that doesn't get used. We design for clarity first, every time.
No hidden fees, no per-seat surprises, no contract traps. The price you see is the price you pay.
Our early customers have a direct line to us. When they tell us something is broken or missing, we listen and we act.
We engineer for reliability, so our software can serve your business for years, not months.
A question about Field, a demo, or not sure which plan fits? Send us a message and Pete or Robin will get back to you.
