- Only field technicians count toward your plan. Dispatchers, office staff and admins are unlimited and free.
- Hired a fourth tech? Add up to 3 more to Starter at $15 per tech per month until you're ready for Standard.
- Users means your total headcount. Every employee gets their own self-service login.
- Grew past 5? Add up to 5 more to Starter at $8 per user per month until you're ready for Standard.
- A free buffer up to 2,999 contacts absorbs a small list import without changing your bill.
- Past that, Starter grows at $10 per 1,000 contacts until you're ready for Standard.

Common questions.
Who counts toward my Field plan?
Only users with the Technician role. Dispatchers, office staff and admins are free and unlimited, so your whole office can use Field without adding cost.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
You don't hit a wall. Each Starter plan can grow a little at a small per-unit rate, so one new hire doesn't force an upgrade. Once the next plan is the better deal, we'll let you know.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add a second TRAXS product and both get 10% off. Run all three as TRAXS One and everything is 20% off. It doesn't matter which product you start with.
Can I use Waypoint or Relay without Field?
Yes. Every product works on its own, and the bundle discount applies the same way whichever products you combine.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
